Public Workshop Meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. and Council Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of each month.  These meetings are held in Room 228 on the 2nd Floor of the Municipal Building, located in Wilmington at 69 N. South St.
