Timber Glen PUD (Planned Unit Development)

This development is in the concept phase. The proposed development will consist of 28 attached single-family homes with private streets. These homes are designed to be owner-occupied, middle-class residences. 

As a planned unit development, the development will go through several reviews by the city, in both Planning Commission and City Council. The first review is of the concept. It will be held in a public hearing at Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 5, at 4:30 p.m. in the Moyer Community Room of the Municipal Building.
